Poultry House Cleaners
Team Leaders
Managing and training washing staff as well as hands on washing
The candidate will be responsible for managing teams of multi cultural staff ensuring health and safety and quality of workmanship
Full driving licence and experience in managing staff essential
Supervisor / QC
The role is to help manage the poultry cleaning on a day to day basis
Visiting poultry sites to check quality of workmanship, staff welfare and customer satisfaction
A mechanical understanding would be advantageous in order that equipment can be repaired on site
The candidate must be prepared to pitch in with cleaning as and when necessary
Experience in managing staff and a full driving licence essential
TRAINING
Comprehensive induction and training will be provided which is essential for us to achieve the high standards required by our customers
